The four-bedroom Villa is a glorious two-storey holiday home beside the sea, with outstanding views out over the Lombok Strait and the offshore islands of Nusa Penida and Lembongan. This luxury villa is a truly tranquil tropical holiday destination.

Elegant and sophisticated, with white walls and furnishings, the contemporary-colonial-style villa has two en-suite bedrooms on each floor at either end of the building, adjoined by either balconies or terraces, each furnished with chairs for enjoying the view. In the center is a massive open-plan living & dining area, with a soaring double-height ceiling, and masses of windows that flood the room with natural light.

Outside the main dwelling is a lush lawn leading down to an 18-meter swimming pool and a jacuzzi, a private man-made beach, a ‘bale bengong’ relaxation pavilion, and an open-sided dining gazebo, and plenty of sunloungers both poolside and along the sea wall at the front of the property, from where guests can step down into the clear ocean waters below.

Villa Lucia has four guest bedrooms with comfortable king sized beds that make for a relaxing night’s rest after a day out swimming. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and two washbasins. Each bedroom has a balcony that opens up to the beauties of nature. The bedrooms are decorated with traditional wooden furnishings and exquisite artwok. Living area with white washed walls, eye catching artwork and gorgeous wooden furnishing, Villa Lucia’s living spaces make guest feel as if they’re living in modern luxury.

All four of the spacious bedrooms are similar in size, decor, and furnishings, ensuring that nothing detracts from the beautiful view. Each is furnished with a king-size bed in which guests will be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves.

The villa has a fully furnished kitchen, a spacious living room and an expensive and gorgeous view of the sea. Equipped with all the best modern amenities, like wifi and cook and laundry services, Villa Lucia is the perfect getaway. Outdoor and Pool area with a perfectly kept lush green lawn, Villa Lucia will make you feel connected both to the earth and the sea. Surrounded by various trees, you can enjoy a zen like state sitting outside in the garden in a Bale, or usual Balinese structure, made with Alang Alang, or unique roof grass. The faces a 20 meter natural stone pool where you can lay on your back on the cool waters, enjoy the moment and gaze up at the clear blue sky and swaying coconut leaves.

If you don’t fancy a swim, you can sunbathe on wooden lounge recliners or have some drinks by the sea. Villa Lucia is also enticing for guests who want to snorkel or swim in safety as the villa has a private lagoon right out front where guests won’t be bothered with strong currents. Bedrooms

The villa boasts of four, air-conditioned bedrooms which feature private terraces that allow you to enjoy the stunning beauty of Amuk Bay straight from the comforts of your spacious rooms. Each of the bedrooms is furnished with a comfortable, king-sized bed and comes with a comfy armchair for you to relax on. The rooms are decorated with simple artwork and they feature a white-themed design. All four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms that come with luxurious tropical shower areas. The bedrooms in Villa Lucia are provided with large wooden closets to provide you with all the space needed to store your belongings. Besides this the rooms have been finished with nice lounges, which give you te opportunity to relax on. The Bright white color of the rooms finished with wooden aspects give a comfortable and open feeling where ever you are in the villa, which should fit the desired holiday feeling during your stay in Bali.

Indoor living area

Ascend the luxurious stone steps from the garden, to reach the spacious two-storey living pavilion. Completely white, including the walls and the furnishings with added pops of color here and there, the living area is a comfortable and inviting space that is well-furnished to accommodate all the guests of Villa Lucia. Right in the center, facing the large doors that look out to the pool and then the endless seas, sit the couches and armchairs where one can lounge and relax after a long day. To the side there are other daybeds and floor sitting for you to lie back on.

Up a step, there is the 8-seater dining table with white long-backed chairs for you to enjoy your meals with your loved ones. When you ascend the staircase to the upper floor, you will reach the terrace, with an all-glass wall and doors, which has the best view in all the villa. The living area is minimally decorated to highlight the beauty of its surroundings. The Large open spaces at villa provide the inviting feeling of the Villa in its beautiful environment. With a nice high end finish, villa Lucia will be a perfect destination to unwind and relax while you are staying in the beautiful Bali.

Outdoor living area

The garden has a perfectly kept green lawn calmly decorated which gives you the perfect opportunity to come to ease. As soon as you walk out of the door a bright and welcoming view on the pool and ocean will satisfy all of your desires which will make you feel connected both to earth as sea. The large pool is provided with plenty of lounges for you and your accompanies to enjoy the great sun which Bali offers. A nice swim at any time of the day is possible in the high end natural stone swimming pool. For the adventurers whom prefer the sea there is a perfect opportunity to go snorkeling in the lagoon which is right in front of this exceptional mansion. There are special open wooden cabins in the garden which provide you with the opportunity to come and enjoy your meal in the lovely outdoor.
