Villa Lanka is located just outside of center of Ubud, Ubud Palace is just 10 minutes drive away, Monkey Forest is 2 km away. There is no shortage of restaurants, cafes, spas, shops, art galleries and convenience stores around villa. Ubud is home to most amazing health food restaurants (Alchemy, Soma Cafe, Warung Zopa and many more). Trendy coffee bars are also abundant (Seniman Coffee Studio, F.R.E.A.K Coffee, Anomali) and the list of boutique shops is endless.

Around Ubud, there are plenty of things to see and so such as rice paddy walks (Campuhan Ridge Walk), rafting, temples (Pura Tirta Empul, Gunung Kawi, Goa Gajah), Tegallalang Rice Terraces, and craftsmen villages. Ubud town is lively and happening but outside of Ubud, everything is tranquil and natural. Wonderful!

Bedrooms

All 3 bedrooms in Villa Lanka are designed with comfort in mind, featuring large king-size beds, air-conditioning and private en-suite bathrooms (one for each bedroom). Rooms are styled and decorated elegantly with whitewashed furnishings and oriental Asian artefacts. Rooms also feature reading chairs, wardrobe closets and safety boxes to store your valuables. Bathrooms are equipped with deluxe rain showers.

Villa Lanka features 3 perfectly comfy and restful villa suites. 2 of them feature stunning four-poster king-size beds draped in white curtains and last bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed. Each room is equipped with AC for your comfort and every room is adjoined by a private en-suite bathroom to enjoy a hot (or a cold!) shower. Rooms are decorated with artefacts from around archipelago and rooms are furnished with reading chairs, wardrobe closets and safety boxes to store valuable items. Toiletries are catered for in bathrooms for your convenience as a complementary to your stay at Villa Lanka.

Indoor Areas

Villa Lanka allows you to live life tropical way while holidaying on Bali Island, featuring a traditional open-concept living room that looks out to garden and swimming pool. Sitting area features comfy armchairs with Batik pillows and coffee tables to have drinks, read, or simply sit and enjoy garden view. There is a whitewashed wooden dining table with 6 chairs to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner together and there is an open-kitchen, well equipped with everything a family home needs including a big fridge with a freezer. Living room also features a sound system to play music, only adding to the tranquil, tropical feel of Villa Lanka.

Open-concept living room allows you to get a good feel of tropical island way of living, breathing in fresh air, enjoying garden views and watching kids jump in and out of pool. Living space has everything you need: a sitting area with armchairs, cushions and a coffee table, a dining area to sit down and enjoy a family meal and an open kitchen to get drinks, snacks or prepare a quick simple meal for kids. Living space is decorated with stylish lamps, traditional artefacts and a big painting of Lord Buddha. You can spend days on end just enjoying some really good quality time with family, just relaxing, swimming, sunbathing, dining and so on.

Villa Lanka does not have any TV in house – it is all about spending time with each other, which is of great value these modern days! Want to get out for a little bit? Cultural town of Ubud awaits just outside and there are lots of things to see and do. There are plenty of family activities and a wide range of cafes and restaurants to try out.

Garden of Villa Lanka is green and peaceful, featuring tall, mature tropical trees, plants and lots of yellow ceremonial parasols. Villa has it’s own private swimming pool, a stone sun deck with a Balinese day-bed for alfresco chilling by poolside and there are lots of shady spots where kids can play with their toys. So, have some family fun in pool and go read that book on daybed while kids play on grass, shaded by trees. Perfect!
